2-minute microwave chocolate peanut butter mug cake
Hello Foodies,
Today,I am going to share the recipe of my favourite 2 minutes mug cake: a soft chocolate mug cake and centre filled with molten peanut butter.
Sometimes we crave for chocolate or cake,but have no time to bake it,then this is your recipe.It will take around 6 mins in total.Let's start the process,but before that have a look of final mug cake.
Ingredients:
1.All purpose flour: 1/4 cup
2.Cocoa powder: 2 tbsp
3.Baking soda: 1/4 tsp
4.Milk: 1/4 cup
5.Powdered sugar:1/4 cup
6.Peanut butter: 1-2 tbsp(depending on your taste)
7.Oil/Melted butter: 2 tbsp
8.Dark chocolate(optional)
9.Vanilla ice cream(optional)
Steps:
1.Roll peanut butter into a ball and freeze it for around 20-30 minutes.
2.In a microwave safe mug,add all purpose flour,sugar,baking soda,cocoa powder and mix all dry ingredients properly.
3.Now,add oil/butter and milk into the mug and mix it well,until the batter comes together smooth.
4.Final step,throw in the peanut butter ball in the batter and push in,covering will the batter.
5.Also,add dark chocolate chunks but its totally optional.I personally loved it.
6.Microwave the mug cake for 2 minutes on normal microwave heating setting.
7.You can top cake with any ice cream of your choice.However,cake even tastes yumm without ice cream.
