BANANA PANCAKES :)

Hello Folks,

If you are looking for a healthy but delicious breakfast recipe,that is simple to make-this recipe is for YOU !! I love eating pancakes for breakfast.Even i would'nt mind having these in lunch,dinner or snacks. 

This classic banana pancakes are light,fluffy obviously yummy and loaded with goodness of bananas. Made with basic ingredients which are available in our kitchen shelf and is easy,quick and ready within 30 minutes only.

Ingredients:

1.All purpose flour: 3/4 cup
2.Wheat flour: 1/3 cup
3.Banana: 2(over-ripped)
4.Powdered sugar: 2 tspn
5.Vanilla essence: 1 tspn
6.Egg:1 (optional)
7.Milk: 1 cup
8.Ghee/Butter: 2 tspn
9.Baking powder: 1.5 tspn
10.Cinnamon powder: 1/2 tspn(optional)
11.Salt: 1/4 tspn or a pinch
12.Honey/mapple syrup: 2 tspn
13.Melted dark chocolate:(optional)

Steps:

1.First of all,we will make our dry ingredients ready.
Take one bowl,sieve all purpose flour, wheat flour,salt,baking powder,cinnamon powder,mix well and keep this aside.
2.In a mixer,add peeled banana & chopped,egg,vanilla essence,milk,ghee and blend it well.
3.Take the mixture into another bowl.
4.Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix slowly in one direction only and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
5.Now,take a non-stick pan and grease it with oil.Use as little oil as possible.
6.Pour 1/4 cup pancakes batter into a pan and let it spread evenly on its own and cover it for 30 secs.


7.Flip the side carefully till it turns light brown.


8.Drizzle honey/mapple syrup and dark chocolate over your pancakes and enjoy !!

 Tips:

1.Never over-mix the batter.
2.Use oil as less as possible.
3.Adjust sugar according to your taste.
4.Totally ignore eggs,if you want eggless pancakes.
5.Let the batter rest for 10-15 mins. Never miss this step.
6.You can top your pancakes with some berries,banana slices,nuts,butter,caramel sauce,nutella,chocolate chips,mellted chocolate,icecream,whipped cream or greek yogurt.Yessssss,so many variations guys.
7.For much healthier version,skip all purpose flour and use wheat flour with oats flour.
