CUSTARD CAKE(EGGLESS)

Today I am going to share easy and quick recipe,yet so delicious CUSTARD CAKE.
Yes,we always had custard in desserts & puddings,but what about making cake with it.

*INGREDIENTS*
1.Custard powder: 1/2 cup
2.Milk: 1 cup
3.Baking powder:1 tspn
4.Baking soda: 1/2tspn
5.Powdered sugar:1 cup
6.Refined oil: 1/2 cup
7.All purpose flour/Maida: 1.5 cup
8.Salt: a pinch
9.Cinnamon powder:a pinch
*STEPS*
1.Mix custard powder and milk in a bowl and keep it aside.
2.Sieve all purpose flour, powdered sugar,baking powder,baking soda, salt,cinnamon powder in another bowl.
3.Add oil into custard and milk mixture and stir well.
4.Slowly and gradually add dry ingredients and make a smooth batter.
5.Grease baking bowl/mould with 1 tspn of oil and then line with parchment paper .
6.Add batter into the baking bowl/mould and tap twice to level the batter.
7.Preheat pressure cooker for 10 mins,insert any stand and put baking bowl on that stand.
8.Bake the cake on low flame for around 30-35 mins,without whistle.
9.Check cake by inserting toothpick.If it comes clean,cake is ready. Yayyyyyy.
10.Cool down the cake properly before de-moulding it.
11.Cut cake into slices and enjoy.
*TIPS*
1.You can add cherries on top,totally optional.(but i forgot).
2.Always check cake after 25 mins.
3.Never mix the batter vigorously.
4.Always sieve your dry ingredients.
5.If you don't have parchment paper,not to worry.After oiling the base of mould,dust with 1 tspn of flour.
6.Put chocolate on top and microwave for 20 secs. Garnish with almonds or nuts of your choice.Another version of cake is ready.
